Not really much of a formal “circuit”, yet, but here is a list of a few of the conventions where card based games are played. About the only serious/FUN competition tourneys (16-48 participant fields full of good gaming players) you will find occurs at WAM and WBC.

I know that Bruce Reiff and that great Ohio wargame tribe, CABS, are single handly trying to bring wargaming back to Orgins in a big way. I believe some PoG and PoG2 are on the schedule for this year.
